Chinese sausage (lap chang) 2-3 links
garlic cloves, minced 3
canola or vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
salt to taste

Rinse the snow peas and trim off the stems and any tough strings. Slice the Chinese sausage into thin diagonal pieces. Mince the garlic and set aside.
