Ingredients

Spring bamboo shoots 200g
Celery 200g
Pork belly 150g
Scallion 1 section
Ginger 1 small piece
Garlic 2 cloves
Oil A little
Oyster sauce A little
salt a little
five-spice powder a little

Instructions

Step 1

200g spring bamboo shoots, 200g celery, 150g pork belly, and an appropriate amount of scallions, ginger, and garlic.

Soak and wash the spring bamboo shoots, slice them, and blanch for 1 minute. Remove immediately and cool in cold water, then drain and set aside.

Wash and clean the celery, blanch for 1 minute, cool in cold water, drain, and cut into sections.

Slice the pork belly, and chop the scallions, ginger, and garlic.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Heat a flat pan with a little oil and stir-fry the pork belly first. Once it changes color and turns slightly yellow, add the scallions, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the blanched spring bamboo shoots, along with a little oyster sauce for color and flavor. Finally, add the blanched celery, season with salt and five-spice powder, and stir-fry evenly until done.
