Instructions

1

Prepare Ingredients

Wash the green bell peppers, remove seeds, and slice into small pieces. Marinate the beef with Seasoning A, mix well, and set aside.

2

Stir-fry Beef

Heat the wok and add salad oil. Add the beef slices and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat separates and the surface turns white, then remove the meat.

3

Sauté Aromatics and Vegetables

Leave the remaining oil in the wok. Add the green onion sections and minced garlic, sauté over low heat until fragrant. Then add the green bell peppers and beef slices, stir-fry over high heat.

4

Add Seasonings and Thicken

Add Thai sweet chili sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, and water to the wok. Stir-fry briefly over medium heat, then thicken with cornstarch slurry.

5

Add Cashews

Finally, add the roasted cashews to the wok, stir-fry evenly, and serve.
