Blanch the cubed beef brisket to remove blood and foam

Place the blanched beef brisket in a pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, a little rock sugar, star anise, bay leaf, and cinnamon stick to braise

Prepare the rice and start steaming
