daikon radish 250g
garlic sprouts 50g

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the white radish and garlic shoots thoroughly.

Slice the white radish into thin slices.

Cut the garlic shoots into segments.

Blanch the white radish slices in a pot, then remove and drain off excess water.
