Stir-fried Young Ginger Rice Duck

Ingredients

duck meat (diced) 500 g
pickled yardlong beans (diced) 30 g
green pepper (diced) 20 g
red pepper (diced) 20 g
vegetable oil to taste
ginger dice to taste
seasonings (salt, MSG, soy sauce, doubanjiang, chili sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, white vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, chili oil, scallion segments) to taste

Step 1

Cut duck meat, green pepper, red pepper, and pickled yardlong beans into dice.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, first add ginger dice and pickled yardlong bean dice, then add duck dice and stir-fry. Pour in cooking wine and steamed fish soy sauce, then add soy sauce, doubanjiang, chili sauce, salt, MSG, oyster sauce, white vinegar, and sugar. Stir-fry until the duck dice are tender and fully flavored, then drizzle with chili oil and sesame oil, garnish with red pepper dice, green pepper dice, and scallion segments, and serve.
