Step 1
Add an appropriate amount of sugar to the Nanmei seeds brought back from Jinggangshan.
Step 2
Pour 250ml of warm water to dissolve them, stir evenly, let it rest for a moment, and it will turn into the state shown in the picture (amazing, right?)

Add 12g of fish gelatin powder to the Nanmei seed water, stir evenly (no powdery particles should be visible).

Jelly powder of various flavors is available at all imported food supermarkets, I used strawberry flavor~

The packaging comes with detailed preparation instructions, it is very simple: just add water twice and mix well.

After the first layer of Nanmei seed jelly is set, gently touch the surface with your finger; if no fingerprints are left, pour in the strawberry jelly water.

Put it in the freezer to freeze for one hour, and the double-layer jelly is ready!
