Sugar Crispy Cake

Step 1
For all the pastry crust ingredients, mix 100g flour, 25g oil, 50g water, and 1 spoon of sugar, knead into a dough, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 30 minutes

For all the oil paste ingredients, mix 60g flour, 30g oil, and 1 spoon of sugar, knead into a dough, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 30 minutes

For all the sugar filling ingredients, mix white sugar, oil, and flour (the total amount of flour and oil should not exceed 1/3 of the sugar) and stir well

After the oil crust and oil paste have rested, divide them into small portions

Roll the oil crust into a round shape and wrap in the oil paste

Pinch tight using the bun-making technique

Take one and press flat

Roll out into a long strip

Repeat the previous step once,
