There is nothing quite like a perfectly pan-fried dumpling with a crispy, golden bottom. The secret to achieving this flawless texture without burning the delicate wrappers is simply a bit of patience and gentle, low heat.

Ingredients

Flour
Garlic chives
Eggs
Minced pork
Baking powder
Cooking oil
Salt
Light soy sauce

Instructions

Ingredients: flour, Chinese chives, eggs, minced pork, baking powder.

First, scramble the eggs and break them into small pieces.

Stir-fry the minced pork until cooked, add the scrambled eggs, and then turn off the heat.

Wash and cut the Chinese chives into sections. Add seasonings and the scrambled egg and pork mixture, then mix well to make the filling.
