Ingredients: flour, Chinese chives, eggs, minced pork, baking powder.

First, scramble the eggs and break them into small pieces.

Stir-fry the minced pork until cooked, add the scrambled eggs, and then turn off the heat.

Wash and cut the Chinese chives into sections. Add seasonings and the scrambled egg and pork mixture, then mix well to make the filling.

Mix the baking powder with warm water to knead the dough. Divide into small dough pieces and roll them out into wrappers.

Wrap the filling inside the dough wrappers.

Heat oil in a pan over low heat, then you can start pan-frying the dumplings.
