Tender Beef

Ingredients

Beef (cut thin slices against the grain)
White sugar
Water a pinch
Soy sauce
Salt
MSG
Cooking wine
Ginger slices
Cornstarch
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Cooking oil to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Slice the beef thinly against the grain. Marinate with white sugar for 10 minutes, then add a small amount of water and stir. Next, add soy sauce, salt, MSG, cooking wine, ginger slices, and cornstarch, mix thoroughly by hand, and marinate for an additional 15 minutes.

Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and mix well.

Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to a pan. Before the oil heats up, add the beef and stir-fry over high heat. When the beef is approximately 60% cooked, reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and simmer until fully cooked.
