Thin Spiral Chocolate

Ingredients

dark chocolate to taste

Instructions

1

Pulling lines

Pour the required amount of chocolate onto the left end of the base paper. Hold the base paper with your left hand, and use the fine-toothed side of a textured comb/brush with your right hand to pull straight lines across the chocolate toward the right.

2

Curling and setting

Once the chocolate has firmed up enough that lightly pressing the surface with a spatula leaves a mark, roll it around a tube to form a gently slanted curve. Let it harden at room temperature, then peel off the base paper and snap the spirals apart individually.
