Three-Color Pork Belly with Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredients

pork belly (washed and cut into cubes) 300 g
shiitake mushrooms (soaked until soft, with stems removed) 8
carrot (washed, peeled, and diced) half
soy sauce 2 tbsp
cooking wine 1 tbsp
salt a pinch

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the pork belly and cut it into cubes. Soak the shiitake mushrooms until soft and remove their stems. Wash, peel, and dice the carrot.

Brown the pork and simmer

Heat a wok over high heat and add 2 tbsp of oil. Brown the pork belly cubes until their surfaces change color, then add the seasonings and water as needed. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the vegetables and cook

Finally, add the shiitake mushrooms and diced carrot. Cook over medium heat until all the ingredients are tender and cooked through.
