Three Sauce Braised Pot
The Three-Sauce Braised Pot is said to have originated in the Qing Dynasty. The dish is highly versatile — you can braise any ingredients you like. Its essence lies in that bowl of sauce. My homemade version may not match a restaurant's signature recipe, but the rich, mellow flavor is still quite satisfying.
