Traditional Handmade Method

Ingredients

Soybeans (soaked for 5-6 hours) to taste

Instructions

1

Soak the Soybeans

Soak the soybeans for 5-6 hours

2

Grind

Grind using a blender

3

Cook

Cook over medium heat while stirring constantly. Strain the ground soybeans first before cooking, otherwise the okara will sink and burn. When cooking the soy milk, it is best to let it boil several times to remove the raw, grassy taste: when it rises up, turn the heat down, let it cool slightly, then raise the heat again; repeat this two or three times

4

Filter the Finished Product

Filter out the okara to obtain the finished soy milk
