Ingredients

small turkey breast tenderloin (cut into 1/2- to 3/4-inch cubes) 1 (1/2 to 3/4 lb)
honey mustard dressing 1/2 cup
bacon (cut crosswise into thirds) 8 to 10 slices
jellied cranberry sauce 1/2 cup
honey mustard dressing 2 tablespoons
ground mustard 1/2 teaspoon
chopped fresh chives 1 to 2 tablespoons

Instructions

1

Step 1

In a shallow bowl, combine the turkey and 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.

2

Step 2

Remove the turkey from the marinade; discard the marinade. Wrap each piece of turkey with bacon; secure with toothpicks. Place on an ungreased broiler pan rack.

3

Step 3

Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat source for 8 to 12 minutes, turning once, until the turkey is no longer pink in the center and the bacon begins to crisp.

Step 4

Meanwhile, in a 1-quart saucepan combine the cranberry sauce, 2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing, and ground mustard. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted and well blended; let cool slightly. Sprinkle with chives before serving. Serve the turkey bites with the sauce.
