The aroma of Turkish kebab seasoning fills the kitchen as the chicken roasts alongside tender vegetables. A final brush of honey and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice add a bright, savory glaze that makes this dish perfect for a simple, satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Chicken drumsticks 2 pieces
Potato 1 piece
Carrot half a root
Broccoli to taste
Turkish kebab seasoning 20g
Onion half a piece
Honey 1 tbsp
Black pepper to taste
Lemon half a piece
Salt to taste
Olive oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the two chicken legs clean, and poke several small holes in the chicken legs with a toothpick to facilitate flavor absorption

Pour in COOK100 Turkish-style kebab seasoning, adding a little bit of water

Spread evenly over the chicken legs

Place in a plastic bag and refrigerate to marinate overnight

Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots, and blanch the broccoli for later use

Place the potatoes and carrots in a steamer and steam for 5 to 6 minutes
