Purple cabbage to taste
Salt to taste
Seasoning or dressing as needed

Instructions

Prep the cabbages

Wash the green and purple cabbage thoroughly.

Shred the vegetables

Cut both the green and purple cabbage into thin shreds.

Blanch the shreds

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a little salt. Add the shredded cabbage to the water and blanch briefly.
