duck blood 200 g
scallion 1
red chili pepper 2
garlic 8 cloves
dried chili pepper 2
soy sauce 1 tbsp
fermented black beans 2 tbsp
fine salt 1 tsp

Cut the tofu and duck blood into blocks and set aside. Cut the scallion into segments, the red chili pepper into strips, mince the garlic, and cut the dried chili pepper into segments.

Stir-Frying

Heat oil in a pan. First sauté the minced garlic and dried chili pepper until fragrant, then add the tofu and duck blood and stir-fry.

3

Seasoning

Add the soy sauce, fermented black beans, fine salt, sugar, and MSG. Stir-fry until evenly combined.

4

Thickening

Thicken with a water-and-starch slurry, then sprinkle the scallion segments and red chili pepper strips on top before serving.
