Story

This comforting soup combines tender beef and soft tofu in a clear, peppery broth. Finished with ribbons of egg white and fresh cilantro, it offers a gentle warmth and a silky texture that is perfect for a simple meal.

Ingredients

Lean beef (washed, minced into a paste, blanched in boiling water until cooked, and removed) 100g
Tofu (cut into small cubes) 100g
Egg (use egg white) 1 piece
Cilantro (washed and chopped) 1 stalk
Sesame oil 2 small spoons
Stock 15 big spoons
White pepper powder 1 small spoon
Salt 2 small spoons
MSG 1 small spoon

Prepare ingredients

Wash the lean beef, mince it into a paste, blanch it in boiling water until cooked, then remove it; cut the tofu into cubes, wash the cilantro and chop it into pieces

Cook the soup

Pour clear water into the pot, add the beef paste and tofu cubes and bring to a boil, season with refined salt and monosodium glutamate, pour in the egg white, chopped cilantro, and ground pepper, then serve
