Lean beef (washed, minced into a paste, blanched in boiling water until cooked, and removed)

Prepare ingredients
Wash the lean beef, mince it into a paste, blanch it in boiling water until cooked, then remove it; cut the tofu into cubes, wash the cilantro and chop it into pieces

Cook the soup
Pour clear water into the pot, add the beef paste and tofu cubes and bring to a boil, season with refined salt and monosodium glutamate, pour in the egg white, chopped cilantro, and ground pepper, then serve
