Ingredients

Chicken (cleaned and cut into chunks) to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
MSG to taste
Flour to taste
Onion (cut into strips) to taste
Green bell pepper (cut into strips) to taste
Ham (cut into strips) to taste
White sugar to taste
Salad oil (as mentioned in steps) to taste
Cooking wine (as mentioned in steps) to taste
Mushrooms (sliced, as mentioned in steps) to taste
Tomato juice (as mentioned in steps) to taste
Chicken stock (as mentioned in steps) to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Clean the chicken and cut into chunks, then coat with salt, black pepper, MSG, and flour. Place a frying pan on the stove, add salad oil and heat to approximately 160°C. Add the chicken to the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown and fully cooked. Add a splash of cooking wine, simmer briefly, then transfer to a plate.

Add oil to the frying pan and heat. Add the sliced onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the green bell pepper strips and stir-fry until tender. Add the sliced ham and sliced mushrooms, stir-fry briefly. Finally, add tomato juice and simmer until the oil separates. Stir in chicken stock, salt, black pepper, MSG, white sugar and other seasonings to adjust taste, then pour the mixture over the chicken and serve.
