wood ear mushroom 1 large piece
unpeeled lotus seeds 1 pack
red dates 10+ pieces
rock sugar to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the lotus seeds and soak them in water for half a day, then drain the water and set aside. Wash the wood ear mushrooms, soak until soft, and set aside. Add water to the lotus seeds and red dates, cook until tender and soft, then add the wood ear mushrooms and cook through. Add rock sugar and wait for it to dissolve, then turn off the heat. Let cool before serving.
