Ingredients

skim milk 7 oz
plain yogurt 3 oz
bread flour 4 oz

Instructions

Warm Milk

Heat the milk to about 98°F (37°C), which is body temperature.

Stir in the yogurt. Add the flour and stir until smooth.

Pour into a sterilized container, cover with a damp cloth, and seal with plastic wrap. Let sit in a warm place for 2-5 days until bubbles form.
