Yuanzu Huanyue Mooncake

Ingredients

White beans (washed, cooked, ground into fine paste, mechanically dehydrated) to taste
Fresh milk (mixed with white bean paste to make crust) to taste
Egg yolk (mixed with white bean paste to make crust) to taste
Cream (mixed with white bean paste to make crust) to taste
Maltose (mixed with white bean paste to make crust) to taste
Hami melon paste (for filling, Hami melon flavor) to taste
Banana paste (for filling, banana flavor) to taste
Peach paste (for filling, peach flavor) to taste
Pineapple paste (for filling, pineapple flavor) to taste

Instructions

Prepare white beans

White beans are washed, cooked, ground into fine paste, and mechanically dehydrated

Make the crust

Mix the white bean paste with fresh milk, egg yolk, cream, and maltose to form the crust

Prepare the filling

Prepare fillings of different flavors using Hami melon paste, banana paste, peach paste, or pineapple paste

Wrap and shape

Use an automatic filling machine to wrap the filling, then mechanically shape into flat rounds with surface patterns resembling blooming flowers

Bake

Place on baking trays, bake in the oven until done, then cool naturally to room temperature

Package

Place into plastic trays according to specifications, add preservatives, and seal in plastic bags
