Prepare ingredients
Slice the air-dried beef and set aside, mince the asparagus.
Roll out the pizza dough
Roll the pizza dough into a 5mm thick crust, place it in a baking tray brushed with olive oil, then spread tomato sauce over the surface.
Add toppings and bake
Arrange the sliced air-dried beef on top, evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese, salt, and oregano, drizzle a small amount of olive oil, then place in a 250°C oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Finish
Remove from the oven, drizzle a small amount of olive oil, sprinkle a small amount of minced asparagus for garnish, and it is ready to serve.
