Ingredients

salt to taste
cooking wine to taste
oil as needed
stock 2 bowls
luffa (washed, peeled, deseeded, cut into long strips, blanched in boiling water, and drained) 120 g
crab meat 40 g

Instructions

Prepare the luffa

Wash the luffa clean, peel and remove the pulp, and cut into long strips.

Blanch the luffa

Place the luffa into boiling water and blanch until slightly cooked, then remove and drain the water.

Make the soup base

Heat oil in a wok, pour in the broth, and add an appropriate amount of salt.

Cook

Add the luffa strips, then add the crab meat and cook for a short while.

Season and finish

Add cooking wine to season. Once the flavors are absorbed, remove from heat and plate.
