Ingredients

Arctic shrimp 15 pieces
Glass noodles 2 bundles
Minced pork 50 g
Oyster sauce 2 tsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
Cooking wine 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Green onion to taste
White sugar a pinch
Ginger to taste

Mince the green onion and ginger

Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft (just until soft)
