Ingredients

Beef strips (marinated with the marinade) 80 g
Green bell pepper (washed, drained, and cut into thin strips) 30 g
Red bell pepper (washed, drained, and cut into thin strips) 30 g
Yellow bell pepper (washed, drained, and cut into thin strips) 20 g
Onion (washed, drained, and cut into thin strips) 20 g
Cooked white rice 300 g
Salad oil 25 ml
Cornstarch (marinade) 1 tsp
Soy sauce (marinade) 1 tsp
Egg white (marinade) 1 tsp
Salt (seasoning) 1/4 tsp
Chicken bouillon powder (seasoning) 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder (seasoning) 1/4 tsp
Meilin spicy soy sauce (add after the rice has been fried until dry and fluffy) 1/4 tsp

Instructions

1

Marinate the beef

Combine the marinade ingredients and mix well. Add the beef strips and toss to coat evenly. Heat a wok over medium heat with the salad oil, add the marinated beef strips, quickly stir-fry until just cooked, then remove and set aside.

2

Prepare the vegetables

Wash the green, red, and yellow bell peppers, drain them well, and cut into thin strips. Wash the onion, drain it well, and cut into thin strips; set aside.

3

Finish stir-frying

Heat another wok over medium heat with the salad oil. Add the beef strips and onion strips and stir-fry briefly. Add the cooked white rice along with the green, red, and yellow bell pepper strips and the seasoning (do not add the Meilin spicy soy sauce yet). Continue stir-frying over medium heat until the rice is dry and fluffy and fragrant. Finally add the Meilin spicy soy sauce and stir-fry until absorbed.
