Step 1
Wash the bell peppers, cut into thin strips, and set aside.

Roll the pizza dough out to a 5mm thickness, place it in a baking pan brushed with olive oil, and spread the tomato sauce over it.

Top with the sliced bell peppers, evenly sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, salt, and oregano, then drizzle with a little olive oil.

Place in the oven and bake at 280°C for 5 minutes.
