Ingredients

Pizza dough (rolled into a 5mm thick crust) 200g
Mozzarella cheese (sprinkled evenly) 100g
Tomato sauce (spread) 50g
Bell peppers (washed and cut into thin strips) Appropriate amount
Oregano Appropriate amount
Salt Appropriate amount
Olive oil (brush on baking pan, drizzle on top) Appropriate amount
Bell pepper
Tomato

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the bell peppers, cut into thin strips, and set aside.

Roll the pizza dough out to a 5mm thickness, place it in a baking pan brushed with olive oil, and spread the tomato sauce over it.

Top with the sliced bell peppers, evenly sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, salt, and oregano, then drizzle with a little olive oil.

Place in the oven and bake at 280°C for 5 minutes.
