Gelatin powder
Milk
Egg
Cocoa powder
White sugar

Instructions

Beat the eggs until well blended.

Add 100ml of milk and stir well.

Put the egg and milk mixture into a small pot, heat over low heat, and add a spoonful of white sugar.

Take 6g of gelatin powder and fully dissolve it in 5 times the amount of water.

Pour the dissolved gelatin into the egg and milk liquid and stir well.

When it cools to a touchable temperature, strain it through a sieve into a container.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
