Ingredients

Chicken feet (tips removed, cleaned and set aside) moderate amount
Sesame oil (drizzled as Ingredient A over finished dish) a little
Braising spices (extract flavor over low heat) moderate amount

Instructions

Prepare chicken feet

Chop off the tips of the chicken feet, wash clean, and set aside.

Braise

Use the braising spices to extract flavor over low heat, then add the chicken feet and braise slowly until cooked.

Plate

Remove the chicken feet and drain well, place on a plate, then drizzle with Ingredient A.
