Ingredients

Kelp to taste
Enoki mushrooms to taste
Carrot 0.5
Sprigs of cilantro 2
Minced garlic to taste
Minced green onion to taste
Chili sauce to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Mature vinegar to taste
Sugar to taste
MSG to taste
Sesame oil to taste
Cooking oil as needed
Salt pinch

Instructions

Cut the soaked kelp and cilantro into sections.

Prepare the enoki mushrooms and shredded carrots.

Place minced green onion and minced garlic in a bowl.

Pour hot oil over the aromatics.

Add chili sauce (any kind you like), soy sauce, mature vinegar, sugar, MSG, and sesame oil. Mix well to make the sauce.

Bring water to a boil, add a little oil and salt, then blanch the kelp until cooked.

Add the enoki mushrooms and shredded carrots, and blanch for 2 minutes.

Remove the vegetables from the water and drain.
