Cold Tossed Asparagus Salad

Ingredients

Dried asparagus 150g
Cucumber 1 piece
Cilantro 6 stalks

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the asparagus clean of sand and grit, then soak in cold boiled water for about 30 minutes.

Wash and cut the other side ingredients.

Drain the soaked asparagus well.

Add the cucumber and cilantro.

Add minced garlic, dried chili segments, and white sesame seeds.
