Prep ingredients
Dice the pork belly and onion. Prepare the minced green onion, cinnamon stick, star anise, and dried chili peppers.

Stir-fry and season
Stir-fry the pork meat. Add cooking wine, onion, spices, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, boiling water, salt, and yellow rock sugar.

Pressure cook and finish
Cook using a pressure cooker. Afterwards, reduce the sauce until thickened. Season with MSG to taste.
