Ingredients

Favorite brownie recipe or mix (using an 8-cavity silicone round brownie pop mold and a bite-size brownie square mold) to taste
Yellow candy melts (reserve 3 pieces per serving) 2 packages (makes 10-12)
Light cocoa candy melts (for covering squares) 1 package (makes 10-12)
Mini marshmallows (insert toothpicks and dip in yellow candy) to taste
Toothpicks (for assembly) to taste

Instructions

1

Bake the Brownies

Bake and cool the brownies in silicone molds; each dessert needs 1 pop and 1 square; reserve 3 pieces of yellow candy per serving

2

Coat the Brownie Squares

Place the brownie squares on a cooling rack set over a drip tray; cover with melted light cocoa candy (page 130). Refrigerate until set, then add a second layer; refrigerate. Seal the bottom with candy. Refrigerate until set, repeating if necessary

3

Coat the Brownie Pops

Cover the brownie pops with yellow candy as above

4

Make the Marshmallow Toppers

Insert toothpicks into the mini marshmallows. Dip into melted yellow candy to coat. Refrigerate until set, repeating if necessary

5

Assemble the Trophies

Assemble with melted candy. Attach the yellow candy disc to the coated square; add the marshmallow, then insert the brownie pop (narrow end down). Trim 2 pieces of yellow candy for handles and attach. Refrigerate until set. Use a piping bag filled with melted candy to pipe pearl borders, scroll decorations, and numbers
