whole egg liquid 125g
low-gluten flour 120g
chocolate powder 40g
baking powder 2.5g
fruit pieces as needed
cream 150g
fine granulated sugar 25 grams

Cut the butter into small pieces, add sugar, and beat until the mixture turns pale.

Add the egg liquid in three separate batches, mixing thoroughly each time to fully combine the butter and egg liquid.
