Tempering chocolate
Tempering chocolate (see page 234)

Dipping
Use a fork to dip each filling into the chocolate, wipe off excess chocolate from the bottom, and place on parchment paper, wax paper, or silicone paper to set

Decoration
Decorate with chocolate, candied fruit, etc.
