Ingredients

Eggs 2 large
Milk 100g
Heavy Cream 100g
Sugar 15g

Whisk Eggs and Sugar

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the sugar and whisk vigorously until the mixture is pale and slightly frothy.

Combine Liquids

Pour in the milk and heavy cream. Whisk everything together until fully incorporated and smooth.

Bake the Custard

Pour the mixture into small ramekins or a baking dish. Place in the center of a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still has a slight jiggle.
