Prepare Job's Tears
Wash the Job's tears, soak for 1 hour, and blend into a puree.

Prepare Pumpkin and Onion
Peel and wash the pumpkin, then cut into cubes; wash the onion and cut into cubes, and set aside.

Sauté Onion and Cook Pumpkin
Melt the butter in a pan, add the diced onions and sauté until fragrant. Add the diced pumpkin and a small amount of water; cook until soft and then mash into a puree.

Add Job's Tears Puree to Make Soup
Add the Job's tears puree and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer. Once it thickens into a soup consistency, add sugar, drizzle with a little creamer, and serve.
