Ingredients

Soaked sea cucumber (sliced into various shapes) 100g
Shrimp meat (washed and sliced) 100g
Cooked chicken breast (sliced into various shapes) 100g
Red pepper (washed and cut into pieces) 1
Yellow pepper (washed and cut into pieces) 1
Sesame oil 2 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Aromatic vinegar 1 tsp
Refined salt 1 tsp
MSG 2 tsp

Instructions

Prepare Ingredients

Wash the shrimp and slice them; wash the chili peppers and cut into pieces; separately slice the soaked sea cucumber and cooked chicken into various shapes.

Blanching

Blanch the shrimp slices and sea cucumber slices separately in boiling water, drain well, and place them on a plate together with the chicken slices and chili pepper pieces.

Season and Mix

Mix all the seasonings together to make a sauce. Pour it over the shrimp slices, sea cucumber slices, chili pepper pieces, and chicken slices, then toss until well combined.
