Pork ribs (washed, chopped into pieces, blanched in boiling water) 300g
Carrots (peeled, washed, and cut into small pieces) 300g
Corn (washed and cut into small pieces) 2 ears
Ginger (washed and smashed) 1 small piece
Fine salt 2 small spoons
MSG 1 small spoon

Preparation

Peel the carrots, wash, and cut into small pieces; wash the corn and cut into small pieces; wash the ginger and crush it.

Prepare Ribs

Wash the pork ribs, chop into chunks, and blanch in boiling water.

Make Soup

Add an appropriate amount of water to a clay pot along with the pork ribs, carrot pieces, corn pieces, and ginger. Bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.

Add salt and MSG to taste.
