A sweet, chewy confection with tender dried cranberries and crunchy roasted almonds bound together in a buttery marshmallow mixture. This no-bake candy comes together in minutes and makes a wonderful homemade gift.
Story
This simple no-bake candy requires just a few ingredients and basic stovetop work. The key is working quickly once the marshmallows melt, and using a non-stick pan or parchment paper makes cleanup a breeze.

Instructions
Prep the ingredients
Roughly chop the roasted almonds into small pieces. Cut the marshmallows in half or quarters so they melt more evenly. Have all ingredients measured and ready by the stove.
Melt the base
Add the butter to a large non-stick pan over low heat. Once melted, add the marshmallows and stir continuously with a silicone spatula. Keep the heat low and patient—the marshmallows will gradually lose their shape and become a smooth, stretchy mass.
Add the milk powder
Remove the pan from heat entirely. Sift in the milk powder and stir vigorously until completely incorporated and the mixture turns homogeneous.
Fold in fruits and nuts
Add the chopped almonds and dried cranberries to the pan. Fold everything together until the fruits and nuts are evenly distributed throughout the sticky marshmallow mixture.
Shape and set
Line a small baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture and press it down firmly with your hands or the back of a spoon. Let it cool completely at room temperature, then slice into squares or rectangles.
