Soy Milk 250 ml
Egg Yolks 3 large
Cake Flour 50 g
Sugar Powder 40 g
Cream Cheese 100 g
Whole Milk 30 ml

In a small saucepan, combine the whole milk and egg yolks. Whisk them together until the mixture is smooth and uniform.

Sift the cake flour and powdered sugar into the pan to prevent lumps. Stir gently until the dry ingredients are fully moistened and integrated.

Pour the soy milk into the mixture in small batches, whisking continuously after each addition to ensure a silky consistency.
