The egg liquid is poured through a strainer into hot oil to fry into flossy strands, with a golden hue, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Ingredients

Eggs (beaten) appropriate amount
white sugar appropriate amount
refined salt appropriate amount
cooking oil appropriate amount

Instructions

Step 1

Beat the eggs, add granulated sugar and fine salt, then stir well.

Heat oil, slowly pour the beaten egg mixture into a strainer, gently shake the strainer to make the egg liquid evenly fall into the pan for frying.

Fry for about 1 minute, then scoop out the egg floss floating on the oil surface, drizzle it over white rice and it is ready to serve.
