Crispy Outside Tender Inside Fried Fish Fillet
Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these fried fish fillets are a kid-friendly way to enjoy pangasius.
Story
Coated in flour, egg white, and breadcrumbs, the fish fillets turn golden and crunchy after a double fry. Served hot, they offer a satisfying contrast between the crisp shell and the moist, mild fish within.

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the basa fish, gently squeeze out the water, and cut into blocks of suitable length and size; if you prefer a thinner texture, you can slice the thick parts horizontally.
Step 2
Take a small deep pot, pour in plenty of oil, and heat until dense bubbles appear, then switch to low heat.
Step 3
If you are not lazy, fry everything once and then fry it again in oil; it will be crispier after the second frying.
