Preparation
Grind the deer antler into fine powder. Wash the pork kidneys, remove the smelly glands, and cut into flower pattern.

Stewing
Place the deer antler and pork kidneys in a pot, then add cooking wine, refined salt, MSG, sugar, chopped scallion, and shredded ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the kidneys are cooked through and flavorful, then serve.
