Ingredients

tofu (diced) 150g
lean pork (minced) 10g
egg (beaten, fried into egg skin, diced) 1 piece
ginger (minced) 1 small piece
coriander (cut into segments) 1 stalk
starch to taste
cooking oil 30g
sesame oil 1 teaspoon
stock 3 tablespoons
refined salt 5g
white sugar 3g
monosodium glutamate 5g

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the tofu into small cubes, mince the lean pork, mince the ginger, cut the cilantro into segments.

Beat the eggs thoroughly, heat a frying pan, add a small amount of oil, pour in the beaten eggs to spread into a thin egg crepe, remove the crepe and cut it into small cubes.

Heat a pot, add cooking oil, add the minced ginger, pour in the stock and bring to a boil, add the tofu cubes and minced lean pork, season with salt, MSG, and white sugar, thicken the mixture with water starch, add the egg cubes, drizzle with sesame oil, add the cilantro and serve.
