Story

pork 200g
egg 1
celery 50g
carrot 40g
dried shiitake mushrooms 8
minced ginger 1~2g
cooking wine 1 tbsp
light soy sauce 1 tbsp
salt a pinch
dumpling wrappers as needed
cooking oil a pinch
shiitake mushrooms

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the pork thoroughly, drain off excess moisture, and cut into chunks with a knife.

Place the pork into the Dongling meat grinder, cover with the bowl lid, and attach the main unit.

Press the II button to start the meat grinder and grind the meat.

Add minced ginger, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt to the ground meat, then stir in a single direction with chopsticks until the mixture becomes elastic and holds shape.

Peel the carrots and cut into chunks; soak the shiitake mushrooms in advance, then chop them with a knife as well.

Pour the carrot chunks into the meat grinder and grind them.

Add the shiitake mushrooms to the meat grinder and grind them as well.

Rinse the celery thoroughly, drain off excess moisture, and chop finely with a knife.

Pour a little oil into a frying pan, scramble the eggs until cooked, then transfer to a food processor and mince.

Sprinkle a little salt over the mushrooms, carrots, and celery respectively. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes to draw out moisture, then squeeze dry.
