Fried Pork in Rich Tomato Soup
For the fried pork recipe, search my profile for 'Fried Pork' or 'Sweet and Sour Pork'. Make sure to stir-fry the tomatoes until they thicken before adding water. Do not boil the fried pork for too long, otherwise the coating will fall off and the texture will be compromised.
Story
This comforting dish brings together crispy, golden fried pork and a rich, tangy tomato broth. A nostalgic favorite, it relies on a thick, flavorful tomato base that perfectly coats the juicy pieces of meat. The delightful contrast between the crunchy pork and the savory-sweet soup makes for a deeply satisfying and warming meal.
