Ingredients

Bread flour 250g
White sugar 30g
Salt 2g
Yeast 3g
Milk powder 10g
Mashed sweet potato 135g
Egg 1
Corn oil 20g
Water 70g

Instructions

Step 1

Steam the sweet potato and mash it into a puree.

Add all the ingredients, put them into the bread machine, and knead for 30 minutes. Let it ferment until doubled in size.

Divide into three portions.
