Ingredients
garlic (washed, peeled, finely minced)
2 heads
rice (washed)
100g
salt
a pinch
Instructions

Step 1
Wash the garlic, peel it, and mince it.

Wash the rice. Add water to a pot, add the rice, and boil over high heat.

When the rice is half-cooked, add the minced garlic and mix well. Turn to low heat and simmer together into congee.

Once cooked, add some salt and it is ready to serve.
